Shipping policy

General

Typical processing times are two to three business days.  Typical shipping times are three to five days depending on method of delivery, time of year, etc.   Please allow for additional processing & shipping time around holidays.  We recommend having orders delivered to a location where someone will be available to secure the order as soon as possible after delivery to reduce the chance of theft and exposure to the elements for extended periods.  When possible, we will use modern notification practices and send tracking information to allow you to stay up to date with the expected delivery of your package(s).

Changes

In general, once an order is placed are not able to guarantee the ability to change the order.  If you do find that you have a need to make a change, please reach out to us via info@fuzzybunnycandles.com and we will do what we can to help.

Service Area

We are currently shipping to all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Please note that the standard shipping estimates are for the Continental U.S. and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and some Armed Forces locations will likely take longer than these estimates (up to 1-2 weeks).  

Summer Shipping 

Please note we are shipping from Texas and it can get pretty warm in the summer months in particular.  In an effort to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, we may opt to not ship orders on Thursdays/Fridays during extreme heat in an effort to limit the time your order is exposed to the elements during shipping (over the weekend).  This would typically by between late May and early September.
