Care & Use Instructions
To ensure the optimal performance and safety of our candles, please follow the guidelines below.
Always trim the wick of the candle to 1/4 of an inch height before each lighting. This will allow the candle to burn as designed and avoid excessive soot from being produced.
Burn the candle for 3 to 4 hours per session. This will allow the candle to melt/burn evenly and help to prevent tunneling of the candle. (It is normal for our candles to not quite reach the edge the first burn or two and it is not an indication of an issue.) Never burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and stop use when 1/2 inch of wax remains in the bottom.
Keep the candle free of any debris, including but not limited to matches and wick trimmings.
Only burn our candles on a level, stable, heat resistant surface away from anything flammable and away from drafts.
Never burn a candle unattended.
Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
